Studying the Units
Each unit in the SCS Distance Learning Course is based on a printed booklet that is now reproduced on CD Rom for easy storage. You may either study from your computer screen or print out each section, as it is required. Audio and video materials are also included on the CD.
Specially designed Practical Activity Kits (PAKs) are available to help you practice certain techniques, procedures and skills that you will meet and use within the industry. These are particularly useful if you do not have access to laboratory facilities.
